“Came here last Wednesday evening and i can only say excellent customer service from start to finish the young lady on tills was very helpful, the young lad who served me a shoe was pleasant and quick he also helped me find the perfect shoe for me. I just wish i would've grabbed their names so i could praise them further but they were so pleasant for such young people and it was a delight to be served by them.”

“Great store, helpful staff but please have more staff available fot the tills. Lots of staff walking around. I understand they're working as well but if there's 8 customers in a queue and only 1 staff on the tills then surely its good customer service to put another one on. The radio is on the till to contact the supervisor to authorise refunds etc. Use it to ask for another member of staff to assist the tills for 5 minutes for the que. Simple.”

“Sport Direct is a delightful place to shop for sports gear; from football to Jersey, sports briefs for male, female and children. They have bags including different brands of luggage. I got myself one tho a bit pricey but great quality. And not to forget their staff are courteous and helpful.”
