Trying to con customers by selling a broken pet carrier with completely worn out wheels as "used only twice." Took it out for a spin on Saturday. Even though the wheels are worn out to hell, I considered buying. But Shop assistant said it was broken. We checked underneath the wheel and it was broken. I left a note with my number and asked about reducing price because its broken. On Tuesday, I saw the buggy out for sale again with the false claim that it had only been "used twice." I spoke to another assistant about the worn out wheels and the false claim of it being only used twice, she shrugged and told me that maybe it was really worn out after only two uses. I said it was broken and she denied it. Another liar. I've bought a few things here. To sell something broken and worn out and to not only refuse to reduce the price but to lie about it not being broken and only used twice. This is such an old fashioned way of conning customers. We don't stand for this b/s anymore. Overpriced, used, and broken. Be wary of what you buy here.

We heard about this animal charity shop in Formby from a friend while visiting Liverpool and made sure we checked it out as it supports a very worthwhile cause.We were received with a warm and friendly welcome, and spent nearly an hour browsing. We were not pressurised in any way to buy and sifted through the many bargains and hidden gems. Needless to say, we didn't leave the shop empty-handed and our visit was well worth it. Our dogs enjoyed the treats and attention too.If you're in Formby, drop in, buy a bargain, and support animals in need. You'll be glad you did.

Always a smile and a welcome in here. My dog refuses to walk past the door without stopping in as the lady behind the counter is very generous with her treats ? The prices are reasonable, too, and there's a lovely selection.
