Useless at best. Consistantly ignored even when plenty of staff in. Never gives advice if there is an issue with prescriptions. Phone is never answered, rings out to a message saying message store is full, cause it is as no one answers!

just had a phone call from a close friend who has a Serious Medical Condition and has been told by his consultant NOT TO GO OUT, he orders his medication from you on-line, when he asked if it could be delivered he was told, Yes, but, he would have to PAY. Why are you charging Elderly Sick Disabled people for this, it's a Disgrace and you should be ashamed, my friend contacted another chemist in the area and is now having his medication delivered FREE, NO CHARGE, NO PROBLEM, SHAME ON YOU.

Need to be more organised, and the women that is at the front of house needs to stay there to help customers. I was in there the other day and they had 6 people in back but and 1 out the front but she spend more time at the back. Waited 15 minutes to just hand in the prescription even though all of them kept looking at me. Spent more time messing around with each other. Very unprofessional

The staff here need to learn how to organise themselves. My mum asked for her proscription to be collected from the doctors. A member of staff goes away then comes back after 10 minutes asking when she put her proscription in. Now forgive me for thinking that listening would be a keep part in a job like that but apparently it's not. My mum was later told it was put in the book to be collected and her medication would be ready to collect the following Monday. Monday came and my mum was told it hadn't come around from the doctors call in Thursday to collect. My mum went back to collect to be told oh nothing has come around from the doctors and we can't just go to the doctors willy nilly. Well why do you have system for collecting prescriptions if you can't go to collect them? Rude staff that can't listen and couldn't organise the alphabet

Every time I have taken a prescription to this chemist it has taken over half an hour to dispense it( even just single items).Plenty of staff just seem more interested chatting, even waited 50 mins on one occasion to then be told they didn't have all the medication and had to return the following day. Would not recommend at all.
