An express store so only small but great to pick up the basics. I used to love their small snacking choices particularly the cheese dip with tortillas but sadly they dont seem to stock it any longer. Co Op ..if you are listening please bring it back?

Have used this Co-op for a few years. The staff are friendly and will always give any query their full attention. Recommended.

Massively overpriced and the store never looks very clean inside. I was served a couple weeks ago by a very nice person however. Don't waste your money here, plenty of more cheaper options down the road in the Asian markets

More expensive than Tesco, because a social conscience doesn't come for free. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Good range of products on offer, nothing the other small supermarkets don't have. Bakery produce is always top-notch. However the tills aren't always manned and you can end up waiting nearly five minutes to get served, and though the self-scan ones are better they never shut up- wait two seconds between starting your order and scanning something? It has a tantrum.

I used the co op online delivery as I'm isolating. However my phone auto filled to the wrong address. Rung the store staff where really helpful and knowledge gave me the number to call and it was sorted. Really thankful for the staff and service. Delivery driver was helpful and wore a mask as well. Can't fault the service.

The staff are always so lovely & that's why I've given 5 stars. It's just such a shame it's so overpriced. BE AWARE THE STORE NOW CLOSES AT 20:00. THERE WAS A NOTICE ON THE DOOR TONIGHT!

Racially profiling customers. Confront them about it get 0 written statements.

A small Co-op store towards the end of Myrtle Street, being in a good location for students especially with many schools nearby. The store is pretty small but they do have a coffee machine and it does follow the more modern Co-op layout. I would say the staff were a little rude, making no effort to move large warehouse cages blocking the aisles or even apologising, I think the stock of certain items especially snacks and sandwiches, shouldn't have got as poor as it was in the first place. Useful store for students even if the staff/stock isn't that great, but if you do have more time there's much better in Liverpool city centre only 5 minutes down the road. 2*

Nice new clean building, shelves have been stocked perfectly, massive variety of goods at reasonable prices. The staff are tremendous, they know many of the locals names, always make you feel welcome and greet you with a nice and friendly smile. The only this is, there isn't a lot of parking options, not the shops fault, but that would be the only negative.
