How have I waited 2 hours for a deliveroo order? 2 drivers have come and gone because the order isn?t ready. I can?t even imagine how incompetent you have to be to not be able to put 6 items in a bag.

Just used Just Eat for a delivery from this shop as I'm unwell at the moment. Half the items were not delivered but I was still charged. Tried calling the shop for the past 20 minutes with no answer.

Staff are always friendly especially the security guard. He always goes out his way to help you and he brings a good atmosphere to the shop.

My local. Not cheap but quality. Offers good if a member. Amazon pick up available and Costa machine. Vèry intimidating security on door. No need for such behaviour.

Great store, very tidy and very helpful particularly Amber, that provided me with a face mask on arrival (as I'd forgotten my own), then went into the store's storage area to personally find me a 5 litre container of car screen wash. Really helpful service all round.!

Absolute joke with the distancing...made me wait at the door for over 5 minutes was the only one there...I only wanted cigs and there was knowone at the ciggy counter to the right of the entrance door the whole time they made me wait to enter...most of the staff didn't have a mask on...I did...what is the point of this Co Op...your staff are a joke...never going there again
