Excellent service from all the staff at Cohens chemist Townshend Lane. Go above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem very reliable service.

Totally ridiculous never have my medication even when I order it weeks in advance will be changing chemists as forever having to fight to get my full prescription

I was spoken to in an awful way, I had to ask her to lower her tone which she did. Some serious customer services training needed. Absolutely no way should anybody be spoken to the way I was. I could see the looks on other customers faces, one lady actually looked gob smacked. do better please Cohens.
