Ordered online for pick up in store on 24/11/23. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Went in last week to be told it had been lost in transit and would be there within 3 days. That was over a week ago and the online "customer service" is absolutely useless. Nobody to speak to who can actually help. Awful service...

I have an account here so shop regularly with this company. Always massively understaffed and you wait ages to get any assistance. Once we eventually found a sales assistant they couldn't unlock the display cabinet to the item we wanted to look at which resulted in no sale. Becoming a bit of a family joke about how long we are going to have to wait every time we visit the store.

I went in black Friday after work. I got a lovely tall fella helping me pick out my tec and even picked the box out for me. Knocked a star off because the fella on the till was making comments at me about my actual job (I had my uniform on) basically making complaints when I wasn't even on duty

Been in today and stood there for 10 mins with no one to help me, i eventually asked a lad with long hair if they had the samsung s8 ultra in stock and his reply was. " a dunno lad" then walked off. I walked out in the end as i could not find another employee to assist me.

Went in for a price match tonight. Manager was very helpful as were the rest of the staff. Manager was happy to honour the large price match as it fulfilled their company policy. Showed the evidence of a well known UK company beating Currys by 40%. The manager said 'fits the rules, put it through.'We were served by a girl who had 'never done a price match' (her words but she has now) and another guy wearing different coloured trainers which he said he did because of Autism awareness. Fair play.Staff were, friendly, straight thinking and frankly decent people.

I went into the shop to buy a games console as a gift. This turned out to be impossible. Due to the nature of these types of purchases, you have to ask for assistance rather than just picking up the product and taking it to the counter, since they keep the goods locked away in the back.I went to find an employee to ask for assistance but there were none to be found, it was a ghost town in there. So while I waited for someone to appear I perused around the rest of the shop. 20 minutes later I spotted the elusive sales assistant conversing with another customer. I waited nearby for them to finish, only for him to disappear into the ether once again.I lost my patience and left the shop disappointed, feeling like I shouldn't have bothered and ordered online instead.It won't be long until this store closes down.

Great shop size with lots of products, once again let down by staff training. They don't know anything about the products they are selling. Asked them a question about the Quest 3 release and just got a vacant look followed by I don't really know anything about the Quest. There are lots of tech savvy people looking for work, maybe hire one of them instead of friends and family of the current staff who don't know a thing about tech. Goto to John Lewis for excellent customer service, they also price match Currys.
