We have just completed a 12 month membership and I have to say this is one of the worst ways to spend 2.5k out there. They sell it as a family offering when in fact it?s too busy, hostile and down right dirty. We originally joined so we could take our children while we attended classes. The classes were always full the children classes were always full and neither classes lined up, customer service is woeful unless you are trying to join. Just try and call as an existing member no one answers! Save your money this isn?t the answer

I joined this gym recently following a tour with Laura and it?s been great so far! The facilities are lovely, never too busy and lots for my little 3yr to do whilst I enjoy a quiet coffee!

We have just joined here as family. We were looked after really well by Laura when initially touring and so far we are really enjoying all the facilities. Loads to do for everyone and our little boy loves it already!

Still waiting for my daughter's level 1, 2 and 3 certificates from her swimming lessons. We have been chasing them up since August. We left the gym on October. Whoever Janine is should be fired. Absolutely abysmal. They blame the swimming instructors, and funnily enough the instructors blame the gym. You couldn't make it up. To me, to you like the chuckle brothers of gyms.

We received a tour from Courtney and she was so helpful! I was so grateful for her kindness and help with my sister who needed assessable access for the tour and Courtney made it so much easier for her and helped to make her feel at ease. She made us both feel super welcome and it all looked amazing! Thank you lots Courtney.

Worst family leisure centre and gym I have ever had the misfortune of attending.The place hasn't been modernised (despite spending largely on a new spa).Family parking is filled by late gym goers, leaving families with young children having to park the furthest away. Most of the young staff are not well trained or seem disinterested.The adult gym is completely sterile (clean) but lacks charm, inspiration, fun.Facilities are often broken (such as the lift). At the price you pay you expect premium gym service family services. They really aren't l, the low standards are an indictment of the lack of funding councils now have to spend on leisure facilities (which to be far are still better value than David Lloyd).I have been to a few David Lloyd gyms around the North and Midlands. Warrington Branch was better, but the David Lloyd Birmingham was pretty bad also.The managers won't speak to paying members, when I have previous raised concerns, for instance, when my young daughter nearly got trampled by an adult parent when I was collecting her from one of the kids clubs.The DL app is completely hopeless and the central office have interest in help with enquiries complaints.Completely amazed that is this day an age that people are willing to pay a premium to be served so poorly.The interest for company is to make money and it is clear by the whole experience.
