would give it zero if I could, ordered suite 17/1/24. paid £500 deposit. Had to cancel due to unforseen problems. rang customer service on 18th , told it was cancelled and store would ring in 72 hrs. they rag monday to say it could not be cancelled as already being made yet it had 14 week wait. 9 calls later waiting for area manager still to see if I still have to take order. Drpodit will be kept even if I can cancel. never afain would I use this store.t

Came in November and ordered sofa and chair. Couldn't be delivered until January - which I was fine with. I was told that because of this, any Christmas sale discounts would be "passed on".So my order got delivered and my bill statement came through - no discount from the sale reductions. When I contacted dfs they said "no sorry you should have chased it up sooner, there's nothing we can do".Very underhanded and shady business practice.

Came on the 28th December 2023 , as soon as we arrived we were approached by a staff member asking what are we here to look for and do we need help ! We politely said we are browsing.....literally 10 seconds another member of staff approached asking the same then again then again!! Extremely frustrating when your trying to look and having pushy sales people suggesting you need to sit down and talk through what it is you want ! If people need you they will ask , me and the husband came home and ordered online and paid the extra £100 for delivery ,just so we didn't have to deal with annoying sales people . DFS need to do better stop harassing people it's not what customers like I get they are on commission but if that's the case don't have so many at one time in the store all fighting for a sale .

Do not purchase from DFS. I have had nothing but problems with them since the day I received my indulgence sofa. My new floor was scratched from the feet on my sofa on delivery by the delivery drivers, the couch itself was rocking and not sturdy at all and then they did not put the velcro on the pouffe so that was missing. They added velcro by reuphostering the couch 6 months after delivery which was then a completely different colour and after me telling them it was a different colour, they delivered a new pouffe this week which is also a completely different colour (photographs attached). They are now saying there's nothing else that they can do and l am left with a 14-month-old couch that is two different colours. I am not the only person either, if you look on Facebook people are getting delivered faulty sofas all the time, their reviews on Trustpilot must be fake or they are removing the bad ones. Avoid this company like the plague, they do not want to know once they have your money.

ABSOLUTE GARABAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THEMWe have used dfs twice in the last ten years and on both occasions there customer service has been sloppy to say the least. I vowed never to use them after the first time when sofa turned up damaged. Should have known better, so shame on me.This time they have damaged our floor on route to living room and started acting as if they cant see damage in photos, think I know our next step.PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

Me and my partner went in to look at the couch we had seen online and place the order, that simple, I thought it would be a simply and easy process?..however the sales women that were in there completely altered our view and I would personally not give this company a penny - there were two sales women and no one else in the store. The minute we walked in one walked Into the back the other stood up and walked around I asked for some assistant and she pretended to be on the phone!!!!! I knew she was pretending as she was talking into her phone whilst the video she was watching was still playing hahahaha, absolutely shocking! Made up this happened however because we got a lot more for our money over the road at Furniture village go there instead!!!!

Overall it was a good experience there. Price were compared to slightly less for sofas.
