Area is not good. Small room, don?t even have space to stand for 3 persons at a time to collect the parcel. Nearby places are not clean and hygiene.

?I recently had the pleasure of using the DHL drop-off point at TC-Link in Farfield Liverpool, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The standout feature of this location was the exceptional level of customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They made the whole process of dropping off my package a breeze, and their willingness to help was truly appreciated.However, one aspect that could use improvement is DHL?s website. It can be quite confusing when trying to locate drop-off points. It would be great if they could streamline this process to make it more user-friendly.Overall, my experience at the TC-Link DHL drop-off point was excellent, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. I hope to see improvements in the website?s usability in the future.?

It's supposed to be a DHL return parcel drop off point. I was trying to drop a parcel off but the young lady didn't seem to know what to do.

This is a Western Union shop with DHL drop off facilities.I've never used DHL or received any kind of email from them.Hours after dropping a parcel using the DHL service I start to get fake DHL emails asking me to download a zip file and resubmit my personal details.I did a trace hop on the emails which originated from a pc in ..........Lagos.Coincidence? Not in my book but make your own conclusions.All info passed to DHL fraud activity team.
