“Love this place but when I was at the checkout the lady called Anne told me there wasn't any carrier bags, I thought this a little peculiar and she gave me a black bin bag instead (and charged me £0.45)as I don't drive it was very awkward carrying my shopping in a bin liner to the train station, I won't be going back there any time soon ?”

“Went to pick up some plants , needed some help knowing what types were best for what I needed, Mark the Manager was so helpful and lovely , gave me advice which ones were better for what I needed and really pleased with my purchases”

“Not sure why tradpoint has popped up on the title but it's good old B &QTop top Mark's for the customer service help .Thank you young man ( Sha I think) I would have struggled due to the weight of the stuff I was getting, he was outstanding .Even help me to my van with all the heavy cement stone etc. This is the second time I have experienced outstanding service in this store. Last time I asked for help regards to cutting the 8 x 4 block boards up. Again another yound man that could not do enough to help .Its a joy to find this sort of service now days .
