I was having issues swapping to an eSim on my phone to make space for a second number, after a couple of failed attempts via 150 call centre came here and Mike was able to get me up and running straight away. Recommended A**

I tried to call EE to cancel my dad's phone contract, as he passed away the other month, and when I was placed on hold in a long queue, I thought: 'Let's just go to the store in Aintree and cancel it; it will probably be faster anyway.'I went to the store, and the service was really good; I was greeted as soon as I came in and asked what could be done for me, but when I told them the situation, I was told that they don't do cancelations in store, and was given the number to phone that I'd recently just tried to phone and been placed on hold.This was frustrating as it meant this was a wasted journey. It wasn't the fault of the staff as they were lovely, but I suspect that not dealing with cancelations in store may be a business tactic to make it more strenuous for customers to cancel contracts, and I think this is disgusting.When I returned home and called the number, after being on hold for 20 minutes or so I spoke to someone and went through the security checks, only to be told that she couldn't do it there and then, and that someone from the 'life events' team would contact me within 48 hours.This whole process was made much harder than it needed to be, and it felt like on the part of the business and how it's structured there is no consideration for any bereavement, and that this is just seen as any old cancellation.

Phone shop for existing customers or potential customers, staff very friendly and attentive didnt actually go to buy a phone but came out buying two one for me one for my wife Nicolle was so lovely she got the sale she deserved.

I wish to highly commend Nicole from Aintree shop for her patience and talent in helping a not so young person set up a transfer from an old phone to a new one. She was brilliant.
