Let me go through process of queuing then scanning and printing return label (warched me do it!) THEN rudely told me I have to package it, despite Evri saying otherwise. New rule as of yesterday. Could have told me at the start as I'm standing there with an obviously unpackaged item.Also, serving men that were in the queue behind me before serving me.

Bad vibes. Rude, impatient & snappy. If I'm paying those rip off prices I at least expect a basic level of customer service, I know a lot of people have been double charged too, which indicates something off (to put it very conservatively), try to use cash.Switched to the shop on Lark Lane, nice staff, they actually engaged with the community and are always up for a nice wee chat while you're paying, they're efficient, can handle a small queue without losing their tempers.Only wish I'd taken my custom elsewhere long ago.

Been twice, both times my nectar points didn't get added to my account. The second time i went they said they didnt except my fuel card and asked if I had cash, I said no and that they expected my card last time then they excepted my fuel card.

Small and friendly local petrol station. Has reasonable prices. One of the night shift workers is very friendly and helpful.

Got charged twice on my visa card during first lockdown...showed copies of bank statement and receipt...manager said it wasn't their problem!!!
