Very Poor service. Queue 15 minsvtgen wait another 20 mins. When u finally get prescription half is missing so you have to repeat the process over again. 1 star is over rated for this chemist. Be prepared staff will chat to each other before serving you

A newly renovated well-stocked pharmacy, lovely and helpful team and an excellent vaccination service too. They set the bar high for what community pharmacy should be. Won't go anywhere else!

I like this chemist?s, the staff is very friendly and helpful, apart from maybe 2-3 members that aren?t very nice. However, very often they lack certain medicines, especially one that I take regularly for chronic pain. There?s very few tablets in one box so I need to order the prescriptions frequently. Not only they don?t always have the prescription after 48 h from ordering which might be my surgery?s fault, but usually they?re missing that one medicine that is very important to me as I have no alternatives. Usually I have to ask them to print my prescription and I go to Tesco that almost always have it. I don?t want to move to them as I don?t like Tesco and the staff is much nicer in Green Lane but it?s becoming a nuisance. Especially that the last time I called I waited a while for the staff member to check when my tablets would be in stock and eventually was told it?d be the next morning. The next day I called they weren?t in stock either so I thought the person from the previous day just told me that to get me off the phone. Needs some improvement.

I was diagnosed with an infection which needed antibiotics urgently. My GP phoned through to Green Lane as they were the nearest and I went along. I gave in my order, it was verified and I waited. After more than 40 minutes waiting uncomfortably, I approached the desk again and was told by the receptionist that she hadn't noticed me waiting and she finally got me the medicines which were ready and waiting for me. So, I recommend choosing a different service, if you can. (I'd swapped to postal delivery after many issues) and being as pro-active as you can when getting and holding their attention. The staff are friendly and willing to help but they are so easily overwhelmed and confused by the volume of work they do. Definitely avoid in-person visits during busy hours.

Just collected my prescription at Green Lane pharmacy, couldn't fault the service I received. Although the pharmacy was very busy the staff spent time with me answering the questions fully. Would highly recommend using Green Lane Pharmacy

I used this pharmacy today to pick up a prescription. As I waited six people arrived at once. The counter staff were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The pharmacist came down twice to answer medical concerns and was clear to see he was extremely helpful, interested and gave people the time they needed. The queue went down in no time at all as the staff were well trained and so efficient. Highly recommend.

Appalling service if you get home delivery. If you are not in or don?t get to the door in time you have to pay £5 to get your prescription re delivered.You aren?t informed when the prescription is getting delivered and they are too busy to text email or phone you with the delivery time or day ?So you need mystic Meg on standby or pay £5.
