Zero rating not even a single star and never recommended.Had a major service form my bmw 320 (picked by reading the service check list) on 9/3/24. Dropped off by 8.40. Got a call after 30 mins saying wheel nut keys are missing. Assured the wheel nut key (for wheel and brake services) in the boot 30 mins before the service and informed the receptionist that is in the boot. But they said its not in there and looked up everywhere but can?t find. Major service done bye 1.30 hours. Not checked engine noice , more services as per the check lists and missing tools from the tool box (only towing eye left). Wasted money on the service that not done and need to buy another set of wheel nut key set. Had almost same issue for the wheel and brake in halfords erskine for my vauxhall insignia (all wheel nuts are cross threaded) on last year. But there is no issues found when replaced all tires from the tire specialist

Never had an issue with this place. They've sorted my MOT, service & repair. Had some issues with a warranty I was paying into to cover repairs & they spoke to them direct rather than me having to talk to them. Huge thanks to Matt for your patience!! Very much appreciated.Service: Auto maintenance

Avoid. Sold us our battery and then 1 year later carry out work including a new battery! Despite the one they supplied to us only being a year old. Tried to contact, in case it was a mistake, and have been totally ignored.

STAY WELL AWAY!My final year of my service plan had come around, so I booked it in. I wanted to double check that they still had my record of the last Full service and MOT, and low and behold, they could not find my service plan. After numerous amounts of back and fourths of different numbers to ring, i finally got somewhere and booked it in. Once I dropped the car off, I once again double-checked about the service plan before handing over the keys as I wasn't filled with confidence. Later that day I had the phone call saying my car failed its MOT. Battery was on its way out(needs replacing), spark plugs need replacing, break fluid needs re doing, and 2 rear tyres are "slashed" to the cords. Which I found odd, as the year before they changed my battery, and the break fluid, and I did the spark plugs, and the tyres were fine when I left it there. On top of all this, they couldn't find the service plan and tried making me pay the difference. There's more to the story, but all I can say is, don't bother with this garage.

Called as their info is coming up on their website to book in for my air con. Told technician is on long term sick and because they're such a big company they cannot be removed from the website. Was then told it's a strict drop off service so not allowed to wait or given a rough time it would take. Lost my business and for such a big company to not hire another technician is terrible.

Never had a good experience with this garage. Had my van booked in for a steering check and battery check at 11am. Told them issues I?d been having with both and they didn?t seem interested. Told me to visit another garage regarding my battery because they don?t have auto sparks? Then ring me at 3pm saying they can?t fit me in today. Waste of a day. Also took my car last year as I had engine warning light on my dashboard. Drops car off early am to get a call late afternoon saying they can?t find any issues with engine. Charged me £50 to remove warning light from dashboard. Drove away and warning light came on 10mins later. Won?t be returning again.

Had a nail in my rear off side tyre, was hoping to get it repaired but couldn?t due to having run flat tyres, ended up purchasing a new replacement. great value for money on premium tyres, staff professional and knowledgable. Would recommend 100%Service: Tires

I had a special request about the break lights and all what needed to get changed/fixed. Asked them to change the bulbs where needed. They tick on the service sheet that they completed. Next day I had to drive somewhere. I had a passenger, so he could check them. Of course, they haven't been checked/ fixed. Rang them, the girl said I never asked to get them fixed. Then, they might got fixed, but since they burnt out. The third answer within a single phone call was that they can't change it (LED) as only the official brand garage can do that. Asked about the tick on the service sheet, but couldn't give me a reasonable answer..When I collected the car the guy said all have been checked and changed/fixed.A week later - just couldn't get over it! - went to their official store in Aintree. The shopkeeper girl said the garage basically don't change any lights. They changed there the break lights for £10 service charge.The problem is that, they literally don't inform you what happened/ checked correctly. They've got a service sheet to cover themselves. That's all. New issues came out on the car, what I also mentioned - and left without a response.People have to start giving feedback for companies. That's the only thing we can legally do against these issues.

Don't go there. They don't know what they are talking about and I was lied too. I have raised a complaint with their Area Manager. My car was failed on an MOT and then I was told and I quote "that's not what it was failed on the reason it failed is not in the MOT guidelines" so in effect they made something up to fail it. This was what was said to me on a call that is recorded for training purposes. I think someone will be going back to training.

1. My appointment was at 11.30 am and my car was kept all day for a full service.Then someone called me at 5.50pm telling me that I should pick up my car within 10 minutes or it would be kept for the night.Obviously it was impossible for me to get there in 10 minutes and I had to pick up my car the following day.2. Last September I bring my car in for the MOT and among the things to monitor were the brake discs (nearside front and offside front), but in today's report they are not mentioned.3. In last year service there were 2 issues to keep an eye on: renew the dust and pollen filter and wheel balance both front wheels. Now, I haven't done any work on my car this year and in today's report both issues are not mentioned.4. I know for sure that my car has 2 other problems: a few days ago the battery light on the dashboard came on and also my car gets stuck (like literally not moving) when it is not used for a few days (last year I had to call the AA to put it back on the road). And even on these issues, no mention in today's report.5. On my dashboard there is still the INSP message flashing (when I turn the engine on) which means that the inspection is due to be carried out and has not been carried out yet.Now, I can never be sure that the work has not been done and I do not want to insinuate it, but all the clues point in the direction of a job done badly or in a hurry.In conclusion, I believe that after 3 years in which your service has been very good, honestly now I no longer feel confident to let you check my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
