“I come to this branch quite a bit (usually each time I visit the shopping center). It's a lovely environment, always neat and tidy, with a great range and stock of products at a decent price. You can also quite often get some great bargains in the reduced section too.The staff who work there also are really great too. The cashiers are always friendly, and always ask if you need a carrier bag, plus those on the shop floor are always willing to help out when needed, such as if you can't find something, or if you need a hand getting stuff off a high shelf which you can't reach. One time when I was there, I noticed that the floor was wet, and I thought I had better tell the staff to prevent anyone slipping. The only staff I could see at the time were the cashiers who were busy serving people, so I temporarily waited until I saw a man come out of the staff only bit, so I told him. He thanked me for telling him, and moved a trolley over them temporarily, then got some blue roll and wiped it up.”

“I visited the Maghull branch store on Monday with my elderly mother, the two ladies working there are so knowledgable about the products on offer and were able to offer good advice.The store is immaculate and the staff are always well presented and professional. “Lovely staff. The girls are always pleseant and happy to help. Bargains on the clearance are always a good buy too. Only thing I can fault is one member of staff and the security guard will profile customers and the security guard will follow and stand next to customers who he is watching. Making customers very uncomfortable. Even when your not the one he is watching. I know a few girls that will no longer shop in their and a few other shops due to security behaviour colling them around. Other than that brilliant shop”

“Wow best customer service ever , just been in the Stonedale Superdrug store Liverpool and the customer service was second to none after trying over 30 different fragrances/aftershaves yes 30 the staff were so professional and nothing was too much trouble, well done to you all especially Mickey, Rebecca as well as Ellie and Danny honestly they were outstanding I’m so indecisive but they were really patient with me , this store will be the only one I visit in the future , thank you all so much I’m delighted with all my purchases, you just made Christmas easy .”

“A couple of days ago when I was in the store the girl who served me complimented my hair after I had just had it done, even though it’s a small thing the warm welcome and smile on her face brightened my whole day, nothing better than a lovely compliment after a bad day ”

“Was in the middle of an asthma attack on Tuesday and unfortunately had gone out the house without any of my inhalers pharmacy staff was lovely. Explained they couldn't just give me an inhaler which is understandable but was happy to work fast and me have my gp send a prescription over. I had a my inhalers within maybe 10-15 minutes and was offered to take as long as I needed before leaving. Pharmacist spoke with me as I nearly had a panic attack along side my asthma attack and reassured me on what to do if this happens again and remain calm. Can't thank the staff enough.”

My niece was very nervous and Chloe, Aylesha and Sarah-Jo were so accommodating and eventually managed to convince her after a lot of persuasion and patience - your patience knows no bounds!!!
