The branch I went to (Aigburth Road Liverpool) was extremely busy but I was attended to straight away. The member of staff came out to look at the problem and offered advice on the best way to proceed. I returned later with the part required and they said the would try to fit me in but it may be the next day. Later that day I collected my car with the issue resolved. Each time I went into that branch that day they were very attentive and helpful. They always are in there. Highly recommend them

Highly recommend this Kwik Fit. Had an issue with my exhaust, popped in 30 mins before they closed without an appointment and they managed to fix it there and then!! So grateful. Great service.

Took my car in for new tyres. Super-friendly, quick and efficient. They suggested wheel alignment. I was a bit hesitant but they showed me the readings and gave me print-outs before and afterwards and the car is driving noticeably better on motorways. I had some questions afterwards, phoned in and they were quickly and completely resolved by Dan
