If you want the worst service, use Kwik Fit!Really want to leave a zero star review, sadly 1 star is the least, and more than deserved!Entered my/vehicle details into Kwik Rip website and booked an air con re-gas online and paid on line, drive 1/2 hour there, told sorry we aren't trained on EV's, I enquired about a refund, to be told IF I want a refund then I need to go on their website. Drive 1/2 hour home. Website didn't allow this, so had the pain of speaking to someone who just couldn't be less interested.Useless waste of time.

Had my car MOT and service completed recently by Steve. Excellent, efficient and friendly service. He explained advisories in a really easy to understand way and got my car back to me quickly. He did a great job and I would highly recommend.

Attended Walton branch today and was assisted by a young lad called Connor, what an absolute star, from phone etiquette to guiding me with purchasing the correct bulb as Kwik fit didn?t stock them he was an absolute life saver for someone who knew very little of what to do, an asset to the team!

Fail mot on hazard lights not workingThe hazard lights were workingCouldn't use van because of this.Headlight bulb needed told no one there to change bulb for four or five hours,van off the road again,and to add insult to injury tried to charge me a retest of 25 pounds.Staff were abrupt and unhelpful bad experience . Date this happened on 10th Feb. 145pm.

Bad experience. The appointment was made for 1:30 pm and it is now 4:30 pm and they haven't finished yet. The forecast was 1 and a half hours of service!

Very upsetting experience; called repeatedly, no answer. Arrived clearly in distress as a very long way from home, huge nail in tire, driving solo with my young daughter. Kept saying too busy and fully booked however said this while two members of staff had their feet on desk, chatting, and also ignoring the phone as it rang. They did offer to put some air in my virtually flat tire so I could limp to another branch, Edge Lane, who were absolutely charming and squeezed me in, replacing my tire, and allowing me to collect my daughter and drive the three hours home. The lack of compassion for a fellow human being very sad.

Possibly the worse experience in my life. Booked MOT failed on breaks they kept my car for 24 hours because changing breaks was a big job (never heard a garage say this before) then to come back up with my little boy for them to say they forgot my car was there and have not done anything to it? So not only have a lost two days pay in work have paid for two taxis have my car back witch is failed MOT so technically not able to drive it. Will never go back to rice lane kwik fit and would advise anyone else to avoid that garage.
