Paid for delivery but it was late a day. Paid for 6 month delivery but it's not turned up can't ring nobody answers I'm disabled need medicine I run out still no reply well it's late again won't answer phone week late up to now. how can this be ignored staff may be friendly but they get paid so they not care really

The staff in Lloyd's are very friendly and helpful. Sadly I have been in here on many occasions when people have been rude to them because their medication isn't ready when they want it to be and the poor staff get it in the neck. This is an extremely busy chemist with a lot of customers but other people seem to forget this and put their prescriptions in at the last minute and expect it done yesterday. Please make sure you give them enough time to process your order by getting it in early and giving them chance to process it as they really shouldn't be getting abused like I have heard, they are doing their best. The shop is on ground level and easy to access for both able and non able bodied people. Doors are wide enough for wheelchair access and even has a push button on the door so it opens for you. Parking is a little bit awkward as it is on a main road and has a bus stop right outside. Plenty of space inside to move around without bumping into other customers. Good variety of items on shelves. Staff have good knowledge of medication and if they are unsure or you want to ask a question, the pharmacist is more than happy to help out and explain or just give advice. I have been a customer of here for the last 30 years and would recommend ?

Disgusting treatment of my 82yr old Mother in Law, started charging her for delivering her prescriptions as she is homebound, she forgot to set the payment up and never told us about the new conditions, she phoned re late prescription got told no driver to deliver, 3 days later she phoned again was told as she hadn't paid for delivery so she had to pick it up. Should be ashamed of yourselves, her medications are what is keeping her with us as she has many health problems, you got one star because it's the only way I could get on to write this review so please class it no stars .Angry Daughter in Law

An appallingly bad pharmacy that repeatedly fails to deliver vital medicine to my 92 year old Grandmother. Medicine prescribed this morning by the doctors visit failed to turn up leaving her in pain all day and night. Avoid at all costs!
