This is my main branch and I won't touch it with a barge pole after what happened to me in there.One day, their deposit money machine broke with my card in it! They failed to acknowledge this and blamed me! Not long after that I was hit with a sea of abuse by what can only be described as a power mad old woman that slid from the back of the branch accompanied by her male minion colleague.I politely asked for a complaints form whilst being verbally abused to which they refused, and refused to give their name..Not long after I wrote a letter of complaint asking for something to be done about this. I received no apologies from Lloyds customer service nor compensation for my distress on the day. It won't be long till I change bank after this.The Breck Road branch is not only in a smack head area-the staff are cut from the same cloth. No class and stinks in there. Avoid.

I would like to share with you how disappointed I am with your costumer service.First time when I went to prove my ID and address I was sent back for better documents which was fine.But when today the lady told me that my NIN is old that was just too much. If you dont want to open accounts just let us know instead of making us going back and forth and demanding some unreal documents. I want to put my money in your bank not to take money from you. So unprofessional.

I have never felt so angry, went in to see bank manager at Lloyds bank on breck road over a personal matter and the bloke ( manager ) was insistent on discussing my personal matter with his colleagues sat next to him.
