I am absolutely appalled with the atrocious service that I experienced here last night! I ordered my meal on one of the self-service machines, so then had to wait to collect it at the desk. However, I was waiting over 10 minutes, as they seemed to have a backlog of orders which was just absolutely ridiculous, I mean call yourselves fast food?! They were just rushing in and out with orders looking stressed all the time, huffing and puffing, no communication whatsoever, which left me feeling really annoyed and mad, and realized that there were actually quite a few orders they were calling out that were being unanswered which just goes to show how incompetent they really are, with lots of customers obviously having left after being fed up waiting! Usually at fast food you get given your meal pretty much straight away, being the whole point of fast food of course, but no, here I was waiting and waiting as I heard a billion order numbers called out but never mine! Luckily I hadn't paid yet so I just left it, as I honestly felt that my order would never come, seeing how awfully run they were with their ridiculous backlog of orders! I just felt really awkward standing there waiting for all that time, and you can't even see the screen properly which says the progress of your order. I am absolutely appalled with your atrocious, incompetent, AWFUL service and treating customers like this, you seriously need to get your act together, otherwise just close down if you can't do it right and handle all the pressure properly! There's no way you can call yourselves fast food. They'd probably use the excuse that they were "really busy" like a lot of places do when they're exhibiting appalling service with long waits, which is ridiculous, just using excuses like this instead of realizing what they're doing wrong and how they can fix it, i.e recruit more staff and counters etc. Being busy is never an excuse for poor service, if anything it just shows all the more how appalling you are to not recruit more staff and be more organized etc. I'm never bothering with fast food again after this and other bad experiences I've had with horrendous customer service at fast foods lately. You really need to get your act together, otherwise close down or get in people who actually know how to provide proper customer service!
