Staff are great, layouts a bit tight but Jesus it’s hot in there constantly.

Good coffee, it took a while to be served, but that was no fault of the staff. They were organised and working well.We were there for Costa mainly, but the store is a logistical nightmare to get around. There is no space to pass people, so you end up back and forth between aisles and waiting for people to move.
