Had to wait a long time to be served when in store and then when they were sending me a message to say my prescription was in , i never ever received a message making me randomly turn up to find that my item had been in stock but no message sent.

Spent 2 hours to be told they don't have any medication in stock. They don't seem to know when a delivery will be.I advice people to go anywhere else in Merseyside to get their medication. Otherwise, go to a hospital instead

The only good thing about this pharmacy was a lady named Tara who didn?t serve me in the first place and was really helpful and friendly. I went in and specifically asked could they check if they had my tablets available as I needed them all that day. The woman went away and checked and confirmed they did. I am tight on time this week and needed to collect them that day. I went back at 4.30pm and was told one set of tablets they would have to owe me. I communicated what had happened and how unhappy I was. I was told to come back tomorrow for them. I?ve moved things about and come back in the afternoon and guess what? They?ve not got them!!! Such a badly organised pharmacy. Go to Boots, you?ll probably have to wait but that?s because they?re so busy as people trust them and they get things right!

Total lottery as to the service you will receive. Of the 5 staff members I have seen regularly 2 have been great (friendly and helpful), 1 is a little gruff but efficient and the other 2 clearly hate their jobs and everyone who dares to disturb their day. Heaven help you if there is any problem with your prescription. As of today I will travel to go to any pharmacy other than the one at the end of the road.
