Definitely the best Pharmacy I've ever registered with! (and at my age I've had my fair share! ?). I have a weekly prescription which contains 4 different 'controlled drugs'? every other Pharmacy has had problems almost weekly, but Rowlands has my prescription ready and waiting every week! The Pharmacists and the Staff are All very professional and really lovely people, very kind. I really can't Thank them enough for everything that they do for me. ?

Everytime I come in to pick my mums medication up they never seen to have it in. The lady on the phone said she ordered my mums protein shakes and when I went in Friday the staff member told me they hadn't been ordered. One of the ladies behind the counter with short brown hair is always rude to me as well I will be changing my mums pharmacy.

Folks queueing outside for 10 to 20 minutes, staff slow to fill prescriptions, nowhere for disabled people to wait safely.

Wow the service is good, efficient and polite. I phoned this morning about repeat prescriptions. I got a reply 5 minutes later, clarifying the procedure. Glad they are operating in the neighbourhood!
