Poor service, staff not polite or friendly. Have had numerous issues over the last couple of years with this chemist. Always seems to be a long wait while the staff don't seem to be doing a lot. Only ever one person on the till with many customers waiting but still no urgency at all. Have had problems before when medication hasn't been ready and seems to be an issue with everyone else's prescription for one reason or another but staff don't show any empathy.

I always try to ring this chemist they never answer the phone I've just been in there the phone rang about 10 times in 15 minutes the girls just stood there talking and laughing

Proper surly staff, it seems to be a standard? Given one star for this constant. You wait for what seems an age to get served when there seems no reason, mostly to be told it's not ready. Staff are dismissive, judgemental and borderline offensive.

Prescription never ready. Been left without important medication because systems were down butcouldn't give me myprescription to take to another pharmacy. Not helpful at all.Staff have no regard to the consequences. Also was told they were out of stock anyway.?

Attempted to go into the pharmacy last Saturday to collect literally life saving insulin for my 2 sons only to find the doors locked at 11:10 when it clearly states shop closes at 11:30. As they opened the door to let a customer out I told them I was coming in to get the needed insulin - you can't lock a chemist when your job is to provide medication to people simply to guarantee your home time. A heated discussion broke out with the pharmacist. Then from nowhere a staff member got herself unnecessarily involved and started screaming at me from across the counter. She's vile. The most disgusting person you could ever place in a customer facing role. Permanently understaffed. Complete joke of a pharmacy

Todat i went to Rowlands Pharmacy on Ebony Way to collect my owed medication tablets. To which i was told by a male pharmacist that i have had the full amount theres a note on the system to say that. I do have quite a few problems with my medication as they get sent away. I'm not the one to complaint but being told no I've had my medication even tho ive got the owing note to hand saying i am owed wasnt a very nice experience and was abit embarrassed in front of other customers. I did ask for the pharmacist name and was told no again as i did say i would be putting an complaint and now I've got to ring 1111 to get the rest of my medication.

Appalling service, supposed to open at 8.30 but can't because "pharmacist isn't on site" ,been like this for months, hardly any staff, queues out of the door at bust times, need to get their act together.

Repeatedly short staffed therefore unable to deal with requests as simple as providing you with your prescribed meds. I would strongly advise using an alternative pharmacy.

Absolutely shocking! Constantly Shut early, turn people away when still open saying they don?t have time to serve (with 40 mins of open time remaining!), saying systems are down can?t serve then serve someone else when they think you have gone!!! Then after 2 weeks saying prescription not in stock, It took 4 attempts to get 1 item over 2 weeks, will not reuse this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are never ready. Do they have anything in this chemist because everything seems to need to be ordered in? Waiting time about an hour is a joke. 4 member of staff in. Only one was serving. Not sure what the others were doing in the back except having a nice chat? Heard them tell about 3 people before me prescriptions were not ready. People were jumping in the queue to pay for products. Not covid friendly when everyone is squashed in waiting to be served.

This is the worst EVER pharmacy !! They always get the prescriptions wrong and always say prescriptions are ready without telling you items are missing. They always keep the phone off the hook and you can never get through to them and when you ask them why it?s engaged all the time they say their phone is broken!!! We?ll get it fixed as it?s been like this for months !!! We are taking our prescriptions elsewhere and contacting head office to let them know how this pharmacy is ran !!! Utterly terrible service !!
