Won't leave parcels with a neighbour and are not open at a time when working people can get there. I have today off and t's 11 a.m. now how can they be closed? It's the middle of the day. It costs a fortune to send letters and parcels but the service given is inadequate.

Collection times on website show as 8-10am on a Monday - I needed my parcel so arranged to be late for work (as opening times do not suit people who work!), to arrive to a note saying unfortunately not open today - so a total waste of time and I will need more time off work another day to go and get my parcel, and hopefully it will be open when I return - I was not the only disappointed person there today

HOW CAN I PICKUP PARCELS AT 8 WHEN I AM IN WORK AT THAT TIME ,WHERE IS THE MENTALITY IN HAVING HRS THAT ONLY ACCOMODATE PEOPLE WHO ARENT WORKING WHEN THE REASON FOR HAVING TO PICK A PARCEL UP IS DUE TO YOU BEING IN WORK WHEN POTSMAN COMES , GET THE HRS BACK TO OPENING AT 6 OR 7 IN THE MORNING

This place should be knocked down & abolished its not fit for purpose especially with the revised opening hours, how are you supposed to collect any parcels, 8am - 2pm so what if you've got a job? As most normal people do. My postman refuses to leave my deliveries with neighbours & insists on taking them back to the sorting office for some untold reason, These lot are retardedI wouldn't even en trust them to take the bins out

Opening hours till 10am? Too bad if you have to pick up something that need signature or is important. I was hoping to get my stuff today, came after 5pm (Thursday opening hours said 4-8pm) and you find out they have been open 7-10am again. Can't get redelivery as I might not be home at a time when postman comes. So my stuff that has been sent with special delivery paid extra is stuck somewhere in delivery centre.
