Possibly the worst sofas I've ever had. I've had them two days. The cushions keep dipping in the middle and I'm constantly having to fix them. Two days I've had them and they are already doing my head in. I can't see them lasting long as the springs done feel very strong.

UPDATE: Thanks for reply but we both know it will lead nowhere. I just want to warn people not to part with any cash upfront and to deal with everything through email not phone. ............We ordered a Lazy boy corner unit. Back in October 2022, husband lost job so had to cancel. They kept £500.00 of our £1000.00 down payment. Please don't give them any upfront monies.

Great staff, not pushy and lifetime guarantee on the sofa we purchased. We also got a carpet we went to Carpetright and some other local carpet stores but SCS came out a lot cheaper and better quality. Great lad on the carpets called James thanks for all your help. Delighted ?

I am a repeat customer here, some of the best customer service I have come across. I would recommend going for the la-z-boy range as it?s top quality furniture..also not to mention the staff in this particular shop made a fantastic shopping experience especially Kaitlin, who went above and beyond.

Came in today and was about to buy a sofa and carpet until we were approached by a very rude staff who assumed we couldn?t afford to buy the items. Walked out and got a sofa elsewhere! Avoid as they look down on their customers. Also the place is horribly organised.

Worst shop I've ever been in. Nightmare from start to finish. After sales service is a joke. I emailed them and they didn't even bother to reply so emailed them again saying I wanted to raise a formal complaint and they still didn't reply. Once they get your money they're not interested.

Had fully expected to go and leave pretty quickly, just ticking it off the list to make sure we had covered all bases.Greeted on arrival, which sounds normal but sadly was a surprise. All staff very friendly but I have to mention Anne Marie who was exceptional in her caring attitude to my elderly mother, friendly, not pushy but instead informative and helpful.Left with a sofa booked. A realistic delivery date given and our spirits high!

Excellent service from the beginning.We were served by Katie in store who was absolutely brilliant, sorted our order out with no problems.We received our sofas today from two of the best delivery guys EVER! Mark W and George G these guys hauled our two 3seater Montys up 4 flights of stairs without any complaints, had a few giggles with them both.We cannot fault SCS or the service provided10/10 from us.

We visited the store again today. We had a look a few months ago to browse. We were served both times by Katie who was so friendly and upbeat. She made us feel comfortable but did not push anything just explained all info well and we made our decision to buy. She definitely deserves a mention as she is a credit to your store for her customer service and friendliness . Can?t wait for our sofa to arrive now. Thanks

Absolute joke waited months for my items came yesterday with 2 different items that did not match. Not heard a thing to rectify my problem got 1 settee for whole family. Will never use this company again fuming. Absolute joke update day 9 still no correspondence from scs unless I phone myself. Been told on 3 occasions it will be sorted but low and behold nothing not even a phone call. All we want is a refund which we are entitled to. Someone best sort this soon.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! Absolutely terrible customer service, making excuses for not calling back, not sorting out mistakes on the order.Wasted four weeks trying to get them to get the order right, should have cancelled in the first week when they didn't respond.No way to contact the store, you have to go there in person, they will promise to do things but don't. Terrible behaviour in this day and age.They didn't respond to politeness, pleading, anger, nothing. It is like they don't want to make a sale, and so they lost one to their competitors.Honestly, my opinion is that you should save yourself the pain and go to one of the other stores on the retail park.

Bought what I thought a lovely electric leather recliner suite for my Mum 66 year's of age which she liked and was told it be a 14 week wait as to choice of colour or specification made new. Suite arrived on time but just over two months in, the stitching is coming away on the main 3 seater and her recliner chair. I phoned the insurance on the ScS email that what sent to me and was told you have to go back to the branch "Aintree". Drove to Aintree spoke with "sales Carol "who likes to put her hand out and let her have her say".... are now sending an inspector out on the 29th of this month? I think the lady we have been dealing with on the shop floor needs to improve on her abrupt attitude/ customer services. I will await to see what happens on the 29th Jan when the "Inspector" comes and take it from there. Mum's not happy!!!.
