Saved me the cost of replacing the old satchell so great for the environment as well - excellent service - a credit to your organisation!”

“My 3 year old son decided to wander in to Timpsons today after being curious about the shoemaker puppet in the window. I bought him a trophy which the staff engraved for him. The staff were absolutely lovely giving him all the time in the world to have a chat to him and when we went back to collect the trophy, they also had a "superstar in the making" badge ready for him and a packet of sweets. To say it made his day is an understatement and now all he keeps saying is he wants to go build shows when he is older. Thank you so much for making a little boy feel super special.”
