Superdrug Huyton were giving a really good service. Until they changed hands. Now they are not very good. Don't answer their phone. No longer have a delivery driver. People are told their mads are ready then are left up to an hour waiting in the shop for them to be prepared.

Went to pick up an order,(medication) from the pharmacy but staff told me i had already picked it up which i had nt. After 40 minutes eventually found my order and passed to me with a mumbled apology. Shocking service.

I was lucky enough to get a very heavy head cold and sinus problems for Christmas.The member of the pharmacy staff was most helpful and recommended some over the counter medication.

Booked a flu jab and received a cancellation text message 20 minutes before the appointment. I was already half way there!!! Try to call them a few times and no one answered. NEVER EVER going to this super drug again

Had prescription sent via email for antibiotics . Have me the prescription back and said they didn't have any in stock . So took prescription to another chemist they had the tablets but couldn't give me them because superdruh pharmacy hadn't released it off their system it's a shambles

Poor customer service. I attended for a private flu jab this morning only to be told they didn't have them in stock. I was told 'it would have been cancelled online' (it wasn't) then 'we phoned you but no answer' erm yes I had a missed call from a random number earlier but no message left! How am I supposed to know that was Superdrug? I should have taken heed of previous reviews of this store about the incompetent staff, I certainly won't be back!
