Food is competitively priced and decent variety. Staff for the most part are friendly and helpful with the odd exceptions who seem to have attitude issues but more a reflection on the individual than the store itself. Pharmacy is really good and comes in Very handy.

Noone is taking responsibility at Tesco's for trapping the birds in the car park with the net. Some have passed - is it so hard to release them? Major animal cruelty but what do you expect with a big corp business they just care about money.

Really good store but also very impressed by staff. In check out a lad had handed over some £20 notes to pay but some of them had stuck together and he gave her too much. She had taken time to check then explained to the guy what had happened - even through language barrier - and showed him how not to make a mistake again just in case somebody kept the extra. Was very nice to watch. Tried to find an email to say to manager but couldn't find one so next best thing here and hope they see it.

I'd like to know what makes it ok to be rude to customers today my dad and aunty came in to do shopping as he takes my aunty every week my dad told me that the servicer was rude about how many painkillers and heat gel was bought so my dad offered to pay for a pack of painkillers. My aunty has a bad back and as for the food being thrown ad was going through there's no need for that .so much for every little helps.

I'm Muslim one of the Staff behaved purely raciet On Saturday .I purchased items I tried to put items in the bags but inside the trolley bags were under the all items.i just said where are the bags? 5 years old my niece heard and she saw 2 Tesco bags fell down near the staff sitting area,she is took and giving it to me. I said put it back.she said ok and trying to keep it back confused standing over there.i was busy to put All the my items in the bags.The staff is walked near my niece and forcely snatched the bags. She's should ask kindly or why ? What Or Anything but she didn't My niece trying to help me.After incident She so scared and upset.I am Tesco regular customer so disappointed about this matter. I will never purchase items in the Tesco in the future.

So I went to tesco on park road liverpool. I went to the self service check out. I had 15 jars of baby food I had to scan one by one. 3 tubs of baby formula. My own food shopping and some over bits. £100 pounds worth in one basket you can imagine how full it was. I had my items around the pram and some in the basket while shopping so it was easy for me with a double pram. Anyway I scanned all my items and went to pay with two cards. I asked a young lad can I do split payment he said he's not sure and asked a called marianne. She said no I couldn't so I said okay. She then told me I would have to go to the normal checkout. I said it doesn't matter I will pay with one card. So I got to pay with one card but the till came up with a message to carry on or cancel. So I asked Marianne to help me She ignored me. The lad cancelled my whole order by mistake. My son at this point is getting frustrated in the pram because he doesn't like it when its busy. I start to put my items in the basket as fast as I can so my son doesn't get up set. All the items started to fall out the basket on the floor. Marianne watched me struggle and started to laugh. I felt so embarrassed because the line was full. I broke down in tears because I felt so embarrassed. She didn't once offer to help me but laughed at me instead. I asked for the manager. Sean came over listened to what I had to say and why I was talking to him Marianne was still laughing and talking to customers and another member of staff about me. Sean picked up the baby jars off the floor put them in my basket and I said I'm not risking buying them incase the glass has broken he felt the lid and said they are fine. I said I'm not risking it. It was last of the baby jars and my son will only eat that one jar. Not many places close by stock them and they are the only shop close to me that stock my daughters milk. So I needed these items. Long story short your members off staff don't know how to bekind to customers qnd would rather humiliate a woman than help her.
