Was overcharged by £8.10 for my shop of 4 items, should have totalled £14.55 but was charged £22.65, when I realised it was a bit expensive I ran back over as I live 2 minutes away, got there at 9:50pm and they refused to give me the refund because \\\"they're closing shortly\\\", massive joke as I've got to take time out of my day tomorrow to come into their store so they can fix their mistake, we all work and make mistakes, fix the problem on the spot I'd have been fine but I'm furious now! got a big home bargains next door I'll be going there permanently, lost a regular local customer ?

Some of the staff are consistently rude and ignorant here. Tills are usually closed so you have to queue at the tabacco lane.

Used to be goodNow, after Covid, it's really hard to pay cash. Those self-sevice machines are card only, and the checkouts are understaffed, often no staff there. So to pay cash you have to go to the other checkout where they sell tobacco. But they can't weigh fruit and veg there. Plus there's always a queue of other people also trying to pay with cash.It's irritating and time-consuming.Bring back the cash/card machines, or have staff working at all checkouts.

Good Small Tesco but I wouldn't call it a superstore its more like a tesco express but gets the job done.

Aigburth rd Tesco Metro, the service is exceptionally good no problems their, but the fruit could be better quality , the lemons are close to death and not as fresh as from some other Supermarkets, looks like grade 2 quality, also no sugar free biscuits available

I go to this store simply because it's so handy for where I live. Starting with the positive - I've always found the staff pleasant and professional. However, there's no available shelf space for packing up one's groceries (Aldi in town is a model here). Often, later in the day the service checkouts are understaffed or closed. And if you want a newspaper in the evenings they're invariably bundled up for return well before closing time. But needs must!

This store is Fab the staff are always helpful and polite ignore the really negatives theses are moaning because they can snow flakes and wokes. Support are local stores.

Half of the floor staff are not wearing masks nor keeping their distance. One member of staff decided to stand next to me while I was at the checkout so she could have a chat with her friend on the till. Whoever manages this store is doing a very poor job.

This is usually a well run store, but today only half of of the staff were wearing masks. And yes, I know they may have health problems, but they think nothing of walking within 2 inches of you, or shouting across the store, thus spreading their germs. Of those who did wear masks, some wore them below their noses. Surely this all defeats the object of any other covid measures the store takes?

Very poor social distancing rules, staff blatantly not wearing masks, management nowhere in sight and judging from what I?ve seen, and these comments I assume there isn?t one.Dire need of training. Quality of health and safety standards questionable when the basics aren?t met.

covid rules poorly understood and not in place. I was met at the meter wide door by a staff member not wearing a mask wanting to get up close to apply hand sanitizer to every customer. Then 50% of public not wearing masks in store, nore staff and it's hardly a store capable of social distancing. It's as if they dont care or dont know how to help in this pandemic.
