After one year working out here, I have to change the qualification. Unfortunately it is always full unles you can go in the morning. It is impossible to train.. 100 or 150 people every week day at 17/19hs

This is a great facility. The central location is fantastic and easily accessble by bus or rail. The gym is very well equipped and the equipment seems to be looked after well, and generally everything is clean and tidy, which is great to see in a place this big and well used. The space in the top of Clayton Square is beautifully light and makes for a nice atmosphere to train. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym can sometimes get quite busy - especially in the evenings during the univeristy term (understandably it is popular) - and very occasionally the music seems loud. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a well equipped gym in the city centre.

Good gym. 5 stars once you get more snap hooks for the Cable machines. I count you need another 5, else some of the cables are useless because there are no hooks free?.

just randomly pop in for a day pass training, lots of free weight, racks and deadlift platforms, what else can you ask for in a commercial gym, definitely great for decent training and great for value, deserves a higher score.

Brilliant gym , Loads of equipment to use and lots of classes included in memberships. It?s open 24 hours so great for fitting in around work . Always staff on hand if you were to need them . Also the gym is spotlessly clean . From locker rooms and showers to the gym itself . Always a domestic lady (Mary) ensuring gym is kept clean . Brilliant !

The gym is really good. Lots of devices, with the quality of the machines being monitored and checked regularly. They all are new. Being in the central part, it do get crowdy sometimes, but can't complain for that. The staffs are helpful.

Very spacious with lots of room to manoeuvre, with lots of different equipment to shake up your routine. A younger crowd on a fashion walk. And yes even managed to squeeze in some kpop moves.Overall great staff, unbievable prices, lots of equipment and sociable neighbours. And room for a laughhhh.
