The team (Leigh & Brandon and many others) and service is excellentOver three days - I went in got a discussion about my phone plans and options.and a recommendation for new phone outside common brands.I got my new phone and deal donePhone instantly next day and told to come in the following day for a trade in.Trade in - was quick and easy and gave me the money to help fund my phone contract for next three monthsHonestly cannot recommend these guys enough - been with them for years and it's purely down to the team in this shop

Three offers the best data plans for travellers and the staff was very helpful, and put the sim in for me. It was great value, £20 for 100GB (I tend to use a lot of data but I didn?t even use a third of it over 16 days and could have got 50GB for £15). The only down side was when we went to Durham where the coverage was very spotty. Get a physical SIM as the eSIM has some restrictions.

Australian girl was beyond rude, miserable, and clearly not happy in her role.I actually couldn?t make the purchase I?d researched at home, telling me it was unavailable even though I?d called in advance and was told to purchase in store. This experience was enough to persuade me not to spend my money with Three. Dodged a bullet I think. Avoid this store at all costs.

I'm tell you this honestly , if you are looking to join three, please don't. This might one of the worst organizations that I have dealt with in my lifetime. Especially the employees in the Liverpool one store. They are have zero training in customer satisfaction and awful people to deal with. The hassle they put me through to cancel a contact is mental. It was torture. Please do not join them the store and the customer service team act like separate entities that hate each other.

'PROMOTE BRIAN' - Bought a 5g router last year as I was working away and needed options. Brian was super helpful but without being pushy and my wife even managed to get a great deal on an unlimited data sim card as part of the package.Popped in again yesterday as I am now back home and decided to utilise the 5g router & ditch Sky as they doubled our monthly outgoings.Brian stepped in again to advise correctly why I couldn't receive full 5g at home and his 'fix' worked perfectly - now receiving over75Mbps, which is plenty for me. Went in to change to sim only. I was the only customer at the time. Very pushy staff. First tried to sell me a tablet. Then two staff members tried relentlessly to push extra sim cards onto me. Lost count how many times I said I didn't need one! Then asked if members of my family needed sims! Never experienced such pushy staff, they should go and sell cars instead. I'll be doing all future business over the phone from now on.
