Never had such a bad experience with a trader in my life. I have purchased a shower mixer for 179£, which was the wrong product ( according to my plumber). Just terrible customer service. No accountability or common sense shown by anyone at any level. £40 tap with 5 year warranty, wanted videos of the leak? Sent plenty of images with corrosion and fault but still insisted on a video... of a dripping tap... Pathetic and I have better things to do than film a tap until it drips.... read full comment
