Shocking customer service at the st helens ravenhead retail store!Went to return a mobile purchased via carphone warehouse... was told they dont do returns there as they dont have trained staff... they can sell you a contract tho but no return.Staff had the attitude that they couldnt care less and so did the manager.Do not bother with this place as judging by how empty it is in there 99% of the time most people dont.Take your money elsewhere!

We recently came in to the St Helens store to purchase a new laptop and we were served by a lovely young lady called Holly.Holly was so helpful and very patient as we had a lot of questions and she even spoke to my dad on the phone as we needed to query something with the laptop. Holly is a credit to your store and she will go far! Her customer service is 5 star ??

After ordering an air fryer, on Monday my wife was told it was not in stock and that she could pay for it plus an extra £10 then it would be delivered the next day. She declined and said she would go elsewhere. The assistant said they could get it in store by Thursday soshe paid the £180. She went back to the store on Thursday, NO AIR FRYER. It will be in tomorrow She returned to the store on Saturday NO AIR FRYER! She demanded a refund from the manager - this will take up to 10 days. Whilst she was doing this I went on line ordered the same model from Argos paid for it and collected it within 10 minutes. Idont think we will use Curry's ever again - she is still waiting for a refund to her account, never again!

On this occasion most disappointed had to make 3 trips to try to obtain air fryer which I had paid for in advance on my final visit I requested my payment back the assistant was helpful and assured me she could get an air fryer but I was not willing to make another trip to the store just in case this was another wasted journey. Payment was returned waiting for it arrive in my bank. I got the air fryer the same day from a different retailer only £1 cost difference

Went and ordered what we needed without any fuss. The staff are polite, helpful, and not jumping on you when you go in. So it was nice looking for what we wanted without being followed everywhere. Well done, guys, on the service.

Ordered fridge freezer and cooker both came , fridge had a European plug fitted . Didn't take the old items away which was paid for . Replacement fridge and items removed 4 days later didn't turn up , next delivery in 4 more days absolutely rubbish customer service and organizationBy the way this was for my 93yr old mother partially sighted .Well done Curry's you are rubbish

Absolutely shocking experience, Currys failed to deliver kids main Xmas presen in time for Xmas, cancelled order on the 27th December and still waiting for a refund. I will NEVER shop at Currys again ?

I couldn?t believe the level of customer service at the branch today in StHelensAfter waiting for someone to come to the till for 10 mins I stood and WAVED at 3 staff members stood talking? they then after a while sent a guy over with one arm who walked past me and approached a lady behind me (she was also disgruntled after came in after me) instead of myself. So I approached 2 other members of staff and they said they were both dealing with INVISIBLE customers? with no resolution I suggested they would ask the other staff members and he said NOSo weird, I left the store thinking I was dreaming? I had to check in a mirror to check it didn?t say something rude on my forehead.GET THIS BRANCH SORTED OUT CURRYS!
