Avoid at all costs!My parents purchased a set of Lazyboy sofas from here. Upon delivery they were faulty and poor quality. A team was sent out to inspect who were unprofessional and late. Despite all the issues the customer service team stated that they are ?a sofa company and do not offer compensation? for poor service.They replaced the sofas but the chaos caused means you should shop elsewhere. Ironically, we are now purchasing new sofas and will be avoiding SCS given their experiences. Another company in which customer services doesn?t matter in the post-COVID world.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.Edit: popped in today after a problem with our sofa, and the store manager Vinny couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted my problem straight away. I can't thank Vinny enough for his help. Awesome service!

No response. My parents have bought a sofa last year and the smell of it is sickening. Sprayed it with fabric freshener a number of times and it doesn't work. On top of that it's the most uncomfortable sofa they have ever had.. they have emailed with no response...Also I emailed as per the response. NO response to me email

What a joke of a shop.Orderd a new 2 + 3 piece suite in September,was delivered in November. But was told by phone on the day that the two seater was badly damaged.They turned up and advised to get a replacement and use this one in meantime.But forgot the feet on one,so spent xmas with one settee perfect with feet one damaged without.I phoned today to see whats happening as its been 6 weeks without any update,was told by shop its coming this friday (3 days),my reply was when was we getting told it was coming in 3 days ?,then an argument with a female geordie sounding staff member ensued as she wierdly told me i said it was arriving friday?????.I replied i called to get an update and she continued to say i told them.Avoid this place its staff are a joke once order goes through.

Orderd a sofa 4 months ago in July was told I would have it delivered on the 11th of October got a phone call to say delivery was late and it will be delivered on the 19th of October got rid of my old sofa on the 10th October so sitting on a hard garden chair till next week if it gets cancelled again I will be skiing for my money back quik taking my payment but slow at delivering

We have had 3 different dates for delivery of a suite that is fully paid for and every time on the day of delivery I have rung the store only to be told that it hasn?t been delivered to the store and so won?t get delivered and they?ll let me know when they get told. We have gotten rid of the old suite ready for the date of the first delivery which was for the end of August so we are having to make do without seating for everyone. When trying to cancel the order they now have a definite date for delivery WHAT A JOKE DO NOT ORDER FROM SCS

Very poor service ordered a suite last june 2021, delivered a damage one in november as of today 18th july 2022 still not received a replacement avoid this company at all costs extremely poor service. The reply below just another delay tactic. St helens branch has all our details so has your customers contact centre. Thursday 21st july last day, if not by 5pm the order is cancelled

Went in just to have a look, ended up with an Italian 3 piece suite at an amazing price, got a great deal, along with a solid oak coffee table and oak nest of tables. Debbie, the consultant, put a fantastic package together for me and saved me around £1400. She was always available but didn't follow me around and wasn't in the least pushy. Highly recommended

Went in to waste some time before school pick up. We do need a new sofa, but I get put off going in these places because the staff follow you round, always asking questions.

Disgusted is not even the word, my husband has been dealing with this on behalf of my mother in law,He has been going back and forth with this 'company' for a bit now over a sofa thatone of their 'technicians' deemed as accidental damage (when it clearly wasn't) getting up of a sofa and it cracks, they?re in their 60s not like there swinging off the sofaand they stated a 'senior' technician had signed it off, when they didn't see the damage with their own eyes, which is crazy, I'm not sure how this can stand. Unfortunately with very poor customer service in that they basically say they will not be dealing withthe matter: "we would not be responding any further and please take this as SCSlast response to this matter." were the exact words. Buyer beware! Am in absolute shock and very very disgusted, standard ?social media? response from the company on any negative review didn?t help either
