Eunice at the Southport Boots store went above and beyond for me, making me feel at ease. She had to input my items for a refund and still smiled with me and was kind. The other staff also were amazing helping out on the till to make sure the other customers got seen. Really amazing service! Eunice deserves a big thank you!

I needed dressings for which I had a prescription, that was out of stock with many suppliers. The pharmacy staff were really helpful and even though I'd managed to research that their supplier had it in stock, they went that extra mile to get hold of it and kept me informed.Thanks Boots Pharmacy

Would not recommend the pharmacy. Closed before closing time stated and abrupt staff behind the pharmacy counter. Poor to say the least

Really lovely service at my local Boots today.Very helpful friendly staff when purchasing baby bag.Added all my offers from my phone which added a great saving to my advantage card by a very nice member of staff.Very pleasedI visit the pharmacy on a regular basis also all staff are so helpful and make everything so much easier.Thank you im delighted. I love this local Boots, very much needed store.Everything is well organised clean, tidy and I enjoy shopping there.

It's worth noting that the Pharmacy opening hours have been reduced. It closes 4pm weekdays, earlier Saturday/ Sunday. The rest of the shop is the hours shown.

Not a huge shop but a good choice of make up and toiletries as well as perfume and essentials. There is a bigger Boots on Chapel Street with more choice.

Great service. Very kind and genuine people here. I've always ended up coming back to them when I was able for my prescriptions as they are quick and efficient. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else for my prescriptions now. The staff in the whole store have always been nothing but lovely to me my husband and our sons. I truly do recommend this place as its always been top quality service here. Thank you to all the staff that have made me feel more than welcome.
