Shocking customer service. Had 'item not found' message pop up on the self service tills. Waited for a member of staff to finish stocking, came over said I've no idea and walked away. Leaving me with 'the assistant in on the way' meassge and no way to buy my shopping

If I could 0 star this shop I would, purely on the service (ha ha) provided by naomi. Pretty sure she's unaware that her role as a shop assistant is to assist the customers, this lady hasn't got a clue!

Depressing.Sanitizers have been taken away though covid is still about. Some people are immunosurpressed but maybe they are not the type of customer that the Co op wants?

Where to start, I've a few issues with this store and company...1. This hypocritical company touts itself as a community based shop for the people, and yet its prices are absolutely shocking with many products up to double the price of competitors like Tesco. We stand on the precipice of the worst cost of living crisis for a generation and this company is doing nothing to absorb any of the shock for its customers. Prices are comparable to Waitrose and M&S although nowhere near the quality, and neither of those companies pretend they're something they're not.2. Poor choice/product range with co-op forcing their poor standard own brand products on shoppers to the exclusion of premium brands (their disgusting pizzas are a prime example). Their baked goods are inferior to other supermarkets, the baguettes are doughy and anaemic, cookies are so under baked they are almost raw cookie dough and more like a cake. Their own brand beans are like bullets.3. This shop is the only nearby one for quite a large area where residents have little other choice, co-op and their awful prices make life more difficult for local residents. I believe the overwhelming majority of customers would go elsewhere given the choice. After going in and being outraged and enraged by the prices for the umpteenth time, I've vowed never to return. I'll be ordering online from Tesco from now on.

I use the Co-op regularly for bits and pieces we run out of. It is always immaculately clean and generally well stocked.A young lady has just been past the house offering a "goody bag". It is a nice reusable cloth bag containing a box of mice pies and some playing cards. It might sound odd but it made my day!

Great little shop can get almost everything you need. Ample parking on the occasions I've been.

Nice little supermarket. I often come here if my local smaller coop doesn't have what I need and I can't be bothered to travel across town to the bigger supermarket.
