Hannah sorted me out so well. Had smashed my phone on a trip to Southport for a festival, super stressed and last minute and she got me on a great plan, brand new phone all sorted in half an hour. Lots of good advice and very friendly - thanks a lot!

Amy the assistant in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly, gave me an excellent deal on a MIFI regarding monthly charges and Gigabytes. Unfortunately she was unaware of the problems we in Woodvale PR8 were having and still are. Not the staff's fault but a big big failing with EE.

I have been having problems with my Samsung Galaxy A22 5G since I got it last April but neither EE nor Samsung will admit there is anything wrong with the phone.I cannot make or receive a call without a loud buzzing noise and termination of the call. The phone is useless but I have to terminate my contract and incur vast charges ( the cost of the rest of the contract) or put up with a useless phone for which I pay a fair amount of money each month.Any suggestions?

It was ok always in for at least 2 hours! Just wanted a simple answer to a question. Should never had said it wouldnt be bad to have better camera on my phone it focussed the staff on that!
