brilliant staff. they helped us out in our hour of need when we were clearing out my late sister in laws belongings, unlike a lot of charity shops. hope they make a lot of money out of the over 40 bags of clothes etc.

It?s very over priced for a charity shop; I think the staff sometimes forget it?s a charity shop! Go to the Salvation Army down the road where things are more reasonably priced and their staff members aren?t looking on eBay to price their items.

WHAT A LET DOWN! I've donated many items to this shop, and last week I asked them if they wanted a two-in-one single bed set (with a truckle bed beneath). In as-new condition, too. They said they'd collect on Christmas eve - which I queried, cos I thought that was a bit unusual, but Christmas eve was arranged. Today (Christmas eve) I phoned at 10.30am to get an idea of what time they'd be here, and was told that "they" were on their way to me. At 11.45am, the manager called and told me that they'd been let down, and could reschedule collection for 2nd January. Any one looking for this item should be re-directed to the Salvation Army shop on Shakespeare Street, where future donations will be sent.
