“Massive selection giving you everything you need to furnish your home all under the one roof. The shop had a good vibe to it and was a pleasant and quite inspiring place to walk around. I like Dunelm and have been visiting since the Dunelm Mill days, this shop is typical of most others of theirs and only sells good quality stuff. Prices may be a bit on the high side but it's all quality and worth the money.”

Ben who helped with the design was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My wife changed her mind on design a few times but Ben just ensured we got exactly what she wanted. The personal touch of coming to site to ensure sizing was correct was brilliant. Either Ben or Jennie the manager were always available and so helpful if we had any questions. We found the quality of the finish and workmanship was much superior to other companies we had looked at and the customer service was amazing. “Plenty of parking with disabled spaces . Wheelchair accessible. There are 2 floors in the store . There are escalators and two lifts . Unfortunately the lifts were out of service when I visited . The store is quite big with wide Isles.”
