“A new kitchen was always going to be a nightmare for me but it was made infinitely more tolerable by the whole team at Birkdale Kitchen Co. They kept exactly to the timescale from start to finish. Each member of the team including fitter, electrician, plasterer, plumber etc all turned up exactly when expected so each stage followed on effortlessly. Fiona was superb at dealing with all my queries and always replied instantly. Thanks Stephen and Neil, you’ve got a great set-up.”

“Massive selection giving you everything you need to furnish your home all under the one roof. The shop had a good vibe to it and was a pleasant and quite inspiring place to walk around. I like Dunelm and have been visiting since the Dunelm Mill days, this shop is typical of most others of theirs and only sells good quality stuff. Prices may be a bit on the high side but it's all quality and worth the money.”

It's clean, well stocked, warm in winter, staff are extremely helpful, you'd feel like you are in a higher end shop with their kindness and excellent service. Ben who helped with the design was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My wife changed her mind on design a few times but Ben just ensured we got exactly what she wanted. The personal touch of coming to site to ensure sizing was correct was brilliant. Either Ben or Jennie the manager were always available and so helpful if we had any questions. We found the quality of the finish and workmanship was much superior to other companies we had looked at and the customer service was amazing.
