Good communication.Had an accident in my Skoda Kodiaq which need a complete new front bumper with all the trimmings, took care of key marks along the driver door.Spoke to body shop and informed him the vehicle was in finance and due back imminently, he managed to complete repairs within days. Professional workmanship and dealership happily signed off the work.Highly recommend.
