Called in on Saturday with a query about my phone and could not have been treated any better anywhere the assistant Kevin was absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for me and explained everything in a way I could understand .even though I live in bolton I will definitely call in again when my contract is up ..many thanks Mr ryley

I will just echo what another person has said in regards to customer service.Staff very abrupt and not very understandingI visited with my son to resolve issues with the service. Both me and my son felt uncomfortable in the staffs approach which felt very argumentative. I just left and decided to cut off my service and any future engagements with 02.

I have always had a good experience in the past in this store . Very helpful staff . But on this occasion the staff member was very abrupt. It was a simple query for the visit . It might be a good idea if further customer service training is given to this staff member , as it lets the whole team down.

I went in this morning to buy a £200 phone. I knew the make and model I wanted and the internet confirmed it was in stock. The model on display was not working. The first assistant said that apparently they had problems with the charger. I asked could they attach another charger. This must have been above her pay grade because she asked me to sit and wait for one of the other guys. After 15 mins one of the guys came to serve me. No he couldn't help because it would take 'Allen keys and things' to unlatch the phone. Nor could he open one from the stock room. At that point I left to go Argos. It was £15 cheaper there. I'll let you decide if you think that is good service.

Went to the O2 store in Southport today because I couldn't get any help from O2 online.Nathan at O2 in Southport was great he was very knowledgeable,helpful ,& friendly. He fixed my phone & I was able to make phone calls again & have wifi calling.Thanks again Nathan.

Called in today for a screen protector and case for my new Samsung phone. Was served by Daniel who fitted the protector and set the phone up for me. Great service. I would thoroughly recommend this broch of O2.
