Some good reductions and a lovely lady helped me with my selections. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The shop was a little tired but there was a good selection of well-known shoe brands and many reduced items.

Unhelpful staffs specially the lady with red hair.Been to this store a few times as I live local,The lady with red hair rolled her eyesballs as she was walking away after I asked questions and another size to try on..I was not that happy that I walked out!

Disgusting service, and from someone identified as the general manager. My mum, who is a pensioner, bought some shoes at another pavers store and they broke within 48hrs. The store she bought them from is an 80 mile round trip, the Southport store is a 6 mile round trip. She rang and spoke to an employee who said if she had the receipt she could get a refund.On arriving at the store the general manager lied and said he couldn't process refunds from another Pavers store. After being called out on this obvious lie he relented and attempted the refund which low and behold, went through with no issue but at the none sale price. At that point he clearly ran out of idea and just said there was nothing he could do to help.Poor quality product from Pavers, abysmal service from this store!
