The wait to have the pump switched on is now ridiculous. Once inside there appears to be an anti invisibility button fitted to the till
8 people ahead of me at the till and just one staff member run off her feet. The button is pressed the bell rings and suddenly the rest of the staff can now see us. This must cost you sales, I cannot see how it doesn't.
