A wonderful experience from start to end. The small brown haired girl was a joy to behold and helped me to find my dream bathroom. I will think of her fondly every time I have a shower or use the toilet in my beautiful new bathroom. Richard was also very pleasant as was the manager. I definitely recommend!

Superb service from Wickes Southport. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen. It?s exactly what we wanted in terms of design and finish. Ben who helped with the design was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My wife changed her mind on design a few times but Ben just ensured we got exactly what she wanted. The personal touch of coming to site to ensure sizing was correct was brilliant. Either Ben or Jennie the manager were always available and so helpful if we had any questions. We found the quality of the finish and workmanship was much superior to other companies we had looked at and the customer service was amazing. We would have definitely recommend Wickes Southport to anyone looking for fabulous service, great design ideas and top quality.

Had a great experience with the guys in Wickes Southport. The designer Ben was really helpful and came up with such an inspirational design for our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody I dealt with along the way was really friendly and helpful especially the manager Jennie who really knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a kitchen or bathroom. We are very very happy with our new kitchen and can't thanks them enough

Would highly recommend ?.The time and patience received on both design, planning and fitting were excellent. Slight adjustments on my part were handled with ease and nothing was ever too much trouble.Big thanks to Ben, Jennie and all the team.

I went into Wickes at Southport a few days ago thinking about replacing my kitchen after something that Iwas contimplating for some time but like most it's not something you do every day as it's a major expense and although I spent a large majority of my life in sales I a well familiar of all the tricks sales people use I am also very I the ball when you have a salesman or woman who are genuine,I feel terrible that I do not even remember the gentlemans surname other than he was call Richard but I can not sat anything but wow! He reminded me of myself many years ago who of course wanted to make an impression on my bosses but more so I could tell he cared more about myself and what would be good for me which was unbelievably refreshing as I didn't think in this day and age was something that you could find. I won't go into the details as I did not commit there and then but this guy was something he was a seasoned professional at being I got the impression it didn't matter to him that I signed in the bottom line right there and then but he would definitely hear from. Me in the very near future with either my deposit or in full payment. Having been in a position onece in my life where I had staff below me although I hate that fraze I think Richard is one of those old school salesman that time has forgotten. A true believer in what he does and not just someone who sees his position as just a job. The only thing I can say is as soon as I am ready there will be no doubt whatsoever I will be spending at Wickes and believe it or not I have given my enquiry to nobody else . To someone of my age customer service is everything and I hope this gentleman receives all the good Graces he deserves. Oh ye he even sorted me a nice coffee hahaSpeak soon Richard.Christopher Chong.

I purchased a kitchen from Wickes, Southport. From my initial consultation until the kitchen was fitted it was excellent service. I was advised on all the different options for everything. Great service.

Do not use this or any other Wicks store if you want a bathroom of good quality. My parents used Wicks in Southport, the bathroom they eventually had fitted was not the one they originally chose and now the tiles they have had fitted have cracked. After speaking with the store manager they have made it quite clear that they are not going to refund any money or repair the work that they are responsible for. My parents, who are retired have spent nearly £10,000 on a bathroom that they could of had for much less. They are now going through what looks like a lengthy court claim to try and get sone money back for the poor workmanship they have received. Whicks customer service is terrible and it is very much just a smash and grab operation. Please learn from my parents mistakes and go to a company that will deliver a good quality service and actually care about their customers.

Bathroom NightmareBathroom Nightmare. Bathroom cabinet replaced 3 times - still faulty cost approx £500. Bath panel went yellow from white. Sink is cracked - We have sent photos as requested or customer services 5 weeks ago, no response. Shower cartridge has now stopped working - we are struggling to contact anyone in customer services. Currently, the shower is flooding the bathroom! Avoid Wickes at all costs.

From the free consultation to the completion of our shower we cannot speak highly enough of Wickes! We have waited a very long time for a shower to be installed as our son has additional needs and the property we live in was making it difficult to get any help so I decided to give Wickes a call to see if they could help and they could indeed! We had a consultant called Ben and he was friendly and very helpful without being pushy and sales pitchy! He asked what we wanted/needed and told us how he thought he could help and I was not disappointed! We replaced our bath with a walk in shower and my goodness it is worth every penny. It wasn't the cheapest I won't lie but we have used the pay monthly option to make it affordable so its a win win. The delivery was well organised and I was consulted at every part as when it would be delivered and any problems were ironed out quickly and efficiently. Now came installation and just when I thought it couldn't get much better the gentleman sent to install was incredible. I've never seen someone work so hard. He was very friendly, punctual and finished in record time which minimalised any disruption. It was superb from start to finish and for us it was the little things that made the difference. For instance, We have a box behind the toilet which covers the pipes which he had to access, but instead of just putting back the old box he made a new one out of the left over material so that it matched the shower! That was so lovely and unexpected! and then totally unrelated to the bathroom at the front of our house some of the cladding had come loose under the kitchen window which he'd noticed whilst cutting some of the material for the bathroom and he stuck it back for us and sealed it! It's things like this that just remind me that even in todays climate when most are struggling there are still very hard working people who deliver amazing service! We couldn't be happier with our shower. My son is in it most days which is doing wonders for his independence. I cannot thank you enough for absolutely everything. It was the best thing I ever did!
