Had MoT and brake discs and pads done on my VW. All done to a good standard using VW parts (as per my request) and a lot cheaper than my nearest VW main dealer - about half price! Jess was very quick replying to emails and answering questions. Would happily use Yates again.

Had an issue with my boot latch and left my car with them, fully expecting it would need a new part. But they called me back in in no time to say it took hardly anything to get the latch back to working order and they didn?t charge me. Decent and honest mechanics can be hard to come by- but these definitely are.Service: General repairs & maintenance

One of the most helpful and friendly garages I've ever been to. They were friendly on the phone and in person. Plus, they checked out my car to see why the engine light was lit on my dashboard, gave it a pon to see if it was working properly after looking at it, and didn't charge me anything. ??
