On 30th Aug 23 My car was in Stellantis Edge Lane for a service. I bought an item from b&m shop in Edge Lane Liverpool, ( I live in Runcorn.)I took the item for a refund at my local store but they refused saying my till receipt is dated 30/03/23 which is completely out of date, the store manager is not correcting his/her tills. I phoned head office, they said I can return the item to where I bought it and they will refund my item plus fuel @ 45p per mile..I shouldn?t need to make that journey, it?s not good enough for such a large company.

They are not Fairplay when I made a mistakes and even if I apologize for that! The B&M Distribution Centre Bedford is awfully rude! In special managers! Very lacks!

Quick tipping, have toilets on site. Keys needs to be handed with paperwork and when coming out of the site the trailer needs to be checked by security.

I like the items b&m sells, there are bargains to be had for sure, what I don't like is the head office designing the store layout, as a wheelchair user they're near impossible to navigate round with all the baskets in the aisles. Then they narrow the ends further with things like the spectacles on racks that stick out with a basket opposite, narrowing it further.

If I could give no stars I would!Had a Christmas present, no receipt asked for a credit note. Apparently manager Tony Joyce doesn't allow this, but other b&m stores may do. Manage was off today, but his supervisor, dictated his rules, with attitude. Don't buy electrical gifts from b&m unless the manager has customer service knowledge.

I purchased Christmas gifts 10/10/22 and tried to return 18/11/22. Apparently there is a 30 day policy that you can NOT return for a refund after 30 days! This information was NOT told to me at the time of purchase or written on the receipt nor is it displayed in the store!!! I wouldn?t of purchased them if I would of known! I was with a very sarcastic manager who snatched the receipt, smirking and shrugging her shoulders.I will never ever shop at B&M again after this experience!

Absolutely dire customer service at the Bodmin store. I bought 2 storage boxes with lids @ £10 each, 2 sets of drawers @ £22 each and a couple of tarpaulins £4.99 each today. I'm disabled and was struggling to get them in my car and a fellow customer came to my rescue. When I got home the lids to the boxes weren't there, they were left in the trolley. I'd parked right outside the main entrance and next to the trolley shelter.I drove back to Bodmin (12 miles) and asked if anyone had handed the lids in, and the Customer Services Manager asked some of the staff who said nothing was handed in. He then took my receipt and watched the CCTV to check I had actually had the lids in my trolley, and saw that I had been telling the truth.He then returned to me and told me he couldn't offer me a refund as he couldn't accept the boxes back because they had no lids, but he could put 2 lids through the checkout if I paid another £20 for the lids. I asked if someone could check the boxes on display and check if there were 2 too many lids but he refused.It would hardly bankrupt B&M to supply me with 2 replacement lids. I am absolutely disgusted with B&M as I'd spent £74 in the store today and there was no good will or customer service either.When I returned home I rang B&Q's HQ in Liverpool and the person I spoke to there apologised for the shocking treatment I'd received and told me she would contact the Bodmin Store Manager who is superior to the CS Manager and see what she could do. They didn't get back to me, so I telephoned them and was told that the Bodmin store had replied and reiterated what the CS Manager had told me. No replacement lids would be supplied and no refund either. I shall never go in that store again and will leave this review on as many review sites as I can. I am retired and managing on just a State Pension and am so careful with my money and this has really upset me, as £20 is a lot of money to me.

Great ideas poorly executed, should work but to much human intervention let's the system down. Good and bad every visit.... Overall just above average

Despicable place!only good place for managers, they don't work, they are arrogant, they are fat and uneducated. they scream all the time, and charge the slaves for production, but they do absolutely nothing! they just sit around all the time, HR protects all managers. the official never has a voice here.terrible place and horrible people.

Constant bullying by management, no respect for employees, pressured about targets, Cube warehouse is probably by far worst place I ever worked in, would not recommend it to anyone. Massive staff turnover, making it almost impossible for anyone to settle in.

Nearly 30 days since I ordered and still waiting. Phoned and emailed numerous times but getting no where. Now looking into how I can report them as I?m £140 down. Will never order a single thing from them again and I urge you to do likewise.
