For over 20 years I have been a very regular customer at this Liscard, Wallsey branch, 3 sometimes 4 times a week plus deliveries. They recently had a branch refurbishment and were closed for quite a few weeks. Today I went there for the first time since they reopened and was amazed to find that almost all of the downstairs...

Absolutely shocking service !!!! Order arrived through Uber Eats, food that was actually in the bag was cold! Delivery Guy got stuff out of the carry bag and dropped the drinks on the floor! Reluctantly said he would bring drinks back. Never turned up with the replacements! We then got inside and checked the order, to find...
